Purchase-summary data license

This policy applies to the public recent-purchase summaries on Fresh Cardboard and in its JSON feed.

What you may reuse

To the extent Izzi’s Gym owns rights in the purchase-summary data, we permit you to copy, share, adapt, and use that data, including commercially, with attribution. This permission covers our acquisition dates, acquired quantities, and our arrangement of those purchase summaries. It grants only rights Izzi’s Gym can grant.

Give attribution

Credit “Izzi’s Gym — Fresh Cardboard,” link to new.izzisgym.com and this Version 1 policy, and state if you changed the data. Do not suggest that Izzi’s Gym endorses your use.

What this permission excludes

Third-party card artwork and images, image URLs as a means of reusing that artwork, trademarks, logos, product names, and other third-party content are excluded. Third-party market-price data and any prices or estimates derived from it, including the feed’s price field, are also excluded. Their presence in a summary or the JSON feed does not grant reuse rights. Obtain any permissions needed from the relevant rights holders.

Understand the summaries

These are recent purchase summaries, not current inventory or retail offers. Quantities describe acquisitions. The feed changes over time and may contain errors or become unavailable. We provide the permitted data as available, without a promise of accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. Nothing here grants access to private records or other data.
